Personal & Group Training Sessions

 

What does personal training include? 

Personal training is a 1:1 in person experience between you and your trainer, Josh. You will receive a workout program tailored to you and your goals with monthly updates as you progress. 

What does group training include? 

Group training is an in experience between you and your community. Group training consists of two or more people training & holding each other accountable, while still working towards your individual goals. Grab a friend or make a new one, and work up a sweat together!

 

Where do you train?

Josh currently offers his services at Big Easy CrossFit and through his own company Josh Savoy Fitness. 

 

Is nutrition advice offered?

Josh will create a custom macronutrient plan for you created with your goals & needs in

mind.
