What is Online Training?
Good question! Online training is the ability to have custom coaching available to you anytime, anywhere, any place. You choose when & where you want to workout, all you have to do is sign in to the app and you're ready to go!
What are the benefits of online training?

- Personalized Coaching - Workouts made by your trainer to fit your goals, daily schedule, and health needs.
- Affordability - The price of 1 session per week with an in-person trainer is usually more expensive than a full online package with more accountability, more advice, more accessibility, and more help.
- Train anywhere, anytime - No more scheduling conflicts or fighting others for the best time slots. No more worrying about having to cancel appointments, or running late and losing session time. Now you can workout wherever you want, and whenever works for YOUR schedule, not mine.
- Accountability - Sounds crazy right? Just because you're training online doesn't mean you're gonna get away with skipping a workout. You will receive regular notification reminding you of you workouts. I will also be messaging you making sure you got your workout in, and we will have accountability calls each week to catch up.
